The hotel is very close to everything we needed and the concierge was incredibly helpful in recommending places for us to have dinner.

This is a preference of mine and in no way a negative reflection on the hotel, but the pillows were too thin. I need quite a bit more pillow in order to be comfortable enough to sleep well, so a few extra pillows in the room would have been great.

To few hooks in bathroom

Soft beds, rather big room and spacious bathroom. Great location, close to central station and opera. As they don't really serve breakfast there is a cozy cafe nearby, Spor av Nord. I would recommend this place

Had to think hard to find something I did not like. We had booked a three bed room, but there were only two hooks for towels in the bathroom. Considering the fact that every guest gets two towels, there's not too much space to hang them. There's a task under the basin but still - the bathroom would be big enough to install a couple more hooks.

Wonderful

Fabulous location across the road from the train station and heart of the city. Easy walk to city attractions. Warm, clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend. Stayed here again on our return from Flam and the room and service were the same - very good.

Excellent value for money at convenient location

Very good location next to central station. Very efficient furnishing of the room, comfortable bed and good shower. All services are at basic level which results in a very affordable hotel option in an otherwise expensive area. Staff is very helpful.

Although I like that they have cafe style breakfast instead of an expensive/unsustainable buffet I would have liked to be able to buy a breakfast with less waste/single use packaging.

Good location and super friendly staff

All staff was super friendly and helpful especially to Amina. My luggage was delayed due to missed flight connection and staff were very attentive. Only down side is there is no kettle in room for hot water.

The hotel and room were really nice

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived 2 hours after our check in time. We were offered drinks whilst we waited but were charged for them.

Great location and good rooms

The location is excellent, I had booked one of the rooms with a terrace and I was impressed, the shame is that I couldn't use the terrace due to the snow storm that fell those days.

I know that it is a hotel with few facilities, but from the description it was not clear to me that there is no place to have breakfast in the hotel, if you want a good breakfast you have to go outside. Another thing I miss is not having a kettle in the room, not having to go down to reception in my pajamas to have tea at night. But even with all this, I would stay at that hotel again.
